Nice Italian Style House in Louisville, Colorado
This new house has characteristic Italian style with a terracotta roof, Stucco, and a portico. The arches and French doors are also nice architectural details. The quality of this home is excellent.

This house proves that you can fix any lot problem with enough money. This beautiful house is built at the base of a mountain so the elevation change from the front lot to the back is quite large. Because the neighborhood is so desirable, they built a large house.
The compromise is they had to tunnel in for the garage and build a bridge so you could reach the front door from the street. The use of stone, curved beams, custom windows and architectural details make me want to see inside. I ...
