In some market, there is such demand that it does not take much to sell your home. In other markets, you have to work hard to make your home look special. A well-developed list of features on a professional looking brochure can help attract buyers. In addition to listing the basics like the number of bathrooms and bedroom on your flyer, you want to highlight every unique feature of your house.

If you have realtor, they should create a flyer that highlights every detail of your home. Before any flyer is distributed, review it and make sure you agree which features are highlighted. If you selling the house buy owner (FSBO), they you should create the most detailed flyer possible.
